“Walk with Scholar” is a specialized mentoring initiative under the dynamic Teacher Education Programme of Rajendra Academy for Teachers’ Education. This scheme introduces the idea of mentoring to under Teacher Educator and builds on the concept of mentor as a Friend, Philosopher and Guide. Mentoring is a process where a mentor shares experience, provides guidance, motivation and support to the mentee for ethical and professional enrichment.

As the part of the program, WWS encouraged the trainee teachers to enhance their skills, self management, art of living and discipline. Experts and Scholars of Education interact with the trainees and showed the path of progress.
